Delay Compensation View

The Delay Compensation View displays the total amount of plug-in (AAX, TDM, and RTAS) and hardware insert delay (HD only), and the total amount of delay that Pro Tools applies to each track. You can also apply an offset for track delay on a track-by-track basis. The Delay Compensation View can be shown or hidden in the Mix Window.

Delay Compensation view only shows the insert delay for each track. To view the complete system delay, including mixer delays, check the System Delay in the Session Setup window (see System Delay).

To view Delay Compensation information:

Select View > Mix Window > Delay Compensation.
